This salad is very easy to made. a Crisp Lettuce chime acid with a fresh strawberry, Feta cheese and savory sauces makes this salad so unique in the tongue.
INGREDIENTS:
50 g strawberry
15 g of sliced roasted almonds
50 g raddichio
20 g of butter lettuce
10 g mixed herbs (parsley, celery and chervil)
30 g feta cheese
1 g black pepper, crushed
1 g of sea salt
20 g balsamic vibegar
20 g olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
1. Wash strawberries and vegetables with ice water. Drain and pat dry with a tissue.
2. Put in a bowl. Stir in olive oil, salt and balsamic vinegar until smooth.
3. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Serve immediately.
